This is a fantastic free assembly to open the eyes of your students to the new world of programming and robotics. It is aimed at primary schools to support the new computing curriculum. The assemblies will demonstrate a range of fascinating robots from robotic hands to dancing humanoid robots. The present discoveries and future possibilities of robotics will be explored through video and demonstrations.
Robot Challenge
There is a regional robotic challenge set for different age groups. This will be a design challenge to create a rescue robot.Competition information/tutorials will be available online to assist in the project.

Robot Prize
Robot Academy will provide the winning school with a free 1 day robot workshop. Competitions will be organised into the regions:
– Stroud, Gloucester & Cheltenham
– Bristol
– Oxford
– Reading
